Chapter Meetings Reservation

Reserve a spot at the October 18th meeting.

Members: $25
Guests and at the door: $30

Just contact the RWA San Diego Hospitality Chair, then pay by PayPal with the links below or mail your check to the Hospitality Chair. Send your check to:

Deadline: Reservations and payments must be received by the Tuesday before the meeting, that is,

Tuesday, October 14th

Reminder: When you reserve a lunch but do not show up at the meeting, your reservation is nonetheless counted in the number given to the caterer to reserve servings of lunch. If you paid and will not be at the meeting, you must contact the Hospitality Chair Tuesday night (no calls later than 10pm, please). Hospitality may then be able to hold over your payment to the next month. If you fail to cancel by the deadline, you forfeit the payment. Thanks!
